علی رغم اهمیت روزافزون سازه کنترل توجه در مفهوم‌­سازی آسیب‌­­شناسی روانی، مقیاس‌های معدودی برای اندازه­‌گیری آن تهیه شده است. برخورداری از مقیاسی روا و معتبر برای پژوهش‌­های داخلی در این حوزه، ضرورتی اجتناب‌ناپذیر است. هدف این پژوهش آماده‌­سازی نسخه فارسی مقیاس سبک توجه و ارزیابی ویژگی­‌های روان­سنجی آن بود. ۴۲۶ نفر از دانشجویان با نمونه­‌گیری در دسترس انتخاب و به شیوه برخط بررسی شدند. نسخه فارسی مقیاس حاضر پس از طی مراحل ترجمه- بازترجمه، تنظیم و همراه با پرسشنامه­‌های کنترل توجه (دریبری و رید، 2002) و تفکر ارجاعی (اهرینگ و همکاران، 2011) اجرا گردید. روایی سازه با روش تحلیل عاملی تأییدی و روایی همگرا و واگرا با محاسبه همبستگی پیرسون بررسی شد و برای بررسی اعتبار، از ضریب آلفای کرونباخ، ضریب بازآزمایی و اعتبار مرکب استفاده شد. نتایج تحلیل عاملی تأییدی حاکی از برازش مدل دو عاملی حواس‌­پرتی/ اجتناب شناختی و تمرکز بود. همبستگی­‌های معنادار بین عوامل به دست آمده با مقیاس‌­های کنترل توجه و تفکر ارجاعی نیز روایی همگرا و واگرای مقیاس را تأیید کردند. اعتبار مقیاس با محاسبه ضریب آلفای کرونباخ برای هر دو عامل 75/0 بود و ضریب بازآزمایی عامل حواس‌­پرتی/ اجتناب شناختی و تمرکز به ترتیب 88/0 و 73/0 بود. همچنین میزان اعتبار مرکب نیز به ترتیب برابر با 81/0 و 84/0 بود. به طور کلی می‌توان گفت نسخه فارسی مقیاس سبک توجه ساختاری دو­عاملی داشته و از روایی و اعتبار لازم برای کاربرد در پژوهش‌­های روانشناختی با نمونه ایرانی برخوردار است.
