fa مقایسه عدم تحمل بلاتکلیفی و ظرفیت حافظه کوتاه‌مدت در افراد مبتلابه وسواس فکری - عملی و افراد بهنجار تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <p dir="RTL" style="margin: 1em 0px; text-align: justify; line-height: normal; unicode-bidi: embed; direction: rtl;"><b><span b="" lang="AR-SA" style="font-family:;"><font color="#000000">چکیده</font></span></b></p> <p dir="RTL" style="margin: 1em 0px; text-align: justify; line-height: normal; unicode-bidi: embed; direction: rtl;"><font size="3"><font color="#000000"><span b="" lang="AR-SA" style="font-family:;">پژوهش حاضر باهدف مقایسه عدم تحمل بلاتکلیفی و ظرفیت حافظه کوتاه‌مدت در افراد وسواس فکری-عملی و افراد عادی صورت گرفت. تعداد 30 نفر (16 زن و 14 مرد) از بیماران وسواسی به‌صورت در دسترس از مراکز و کلینیک‌های روان‌پزشکی شهر تبریز انتخاب و با 30 نفر (16 زن و 14 مرد) از افراد سالم که از طریق اطلاعات جمعیت شناختی همتا سازی شده بودند، با استفاده از مقیاس عدم تحمل بلاتکلیفی باهر و داگاس (2002) و آزمون‌ خرده مقیاس فراخنای ارقام وکسلر مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفتند. داده‌ها با استفاده از روش تحلیل واریانس چند متغیره</span><span b="" dir="LTR"><font face="Times New Roman"> (MANOVA) </font></span><span b="" lang="AR-SA" style="font-family:;">و با نرم‌افزار</span><span b="" dir="LTR"><font face="Times New Roman"> SPSS </font></span><span b="" lang="AR-SA" style="font-family:;">نسخه 19 تحلیل شد. نتایج به‌دست‌آمده نشان</span><span b="" dir="LTR" lang="AR-SA"><font face="Times New Roman"> </font></span><span b="" lang="FA" style="font-family:;">داد </span><span b="" lang="AR-SA" style="font-family:;">که در متغیر عدم تحمل بلاتکلیفی در سط</span><span b="" lang="FA" style="font-family:;">ح</span><span b="" dir="LTR" lang="FA"><font face="Times New Roman"> </font></span><span b="" lang="AR-SA" style="font-family:;">(01/0</span><span b="" dir="LTR"><font face="Times New Roman">p </font></span><span b="" lang="AR-SA" style="font-family:;">) تفاوت معناداری بین گروه‌های مورد مقایسه، به نفع گروه بالینی وجود دارد؛ و همچنین در متغیر ظرفیت حافظه کوتاه‌مدت در سطح(01/0</span><span b="" dir="LTR"><font face="Times New Roman">p </font></span><span b="" lang="AR-SA" style="font-family:;">) تفاوت به نفع گروه عادی است؛ بنابراین می‌توان نتیجه گرفت که بیماران مبتلابه</span><font face="Times New Roman"><span b="" dir="LTR" lang="AR-SA"> </span><span b="" dir="LTR">OCD </span></font><span b="" lang="AR-SA" style="font-family:;">نسبت به افراد عادی توانایی تحمل بلاتکلیفی کمتری رادارند و </span><span b="" lang="FA" style="font-family:;">ظرفیت</span><span b="" lang="FA" style="font-family:;"> </span><span b="" lang="AR-SA" style="font-family:;">حافظه کوتاه‌مدت در این افراد پایین‌تر از افراد عادی است و اینکه عدم تحمل بلاتکلیفی و ظرفیت حافظه کاری پایین دو مؤلفه هستند که ممکن است بر علائم</span><span b="" dir="LTR"><font face="Times New Roman"> OCD </font></span><span b="" lang="AR-SA" style="font-family:;">تأثیر گذاشته و موجب تشدید و تداوم این اختلال شوند</span><span b="" dir="LTR"><font face="Times New Roman">.</font></span></font></font></p> <p dir="RTL" style="margin: 1em 0px; text-align: justify; line-height: normal; unicode-bidi: embed; direction: rtl;"></p> <p><strong>Abstract</strong></p> <p>the present study aimed to the comparison of the intolerance of uncertainty (IU) and short-term memory capacity in patients with obsessive-compulsive disorder and normal individuals. a total of 30 patients (16 female, 14 male) with obsessive-compulsive were selected using convenience sampling from the psychiatric clinics and centers of Tabriz were matched with 30 patients (16 females and 14 males) of normal individuals by demographic information, and all of them were assessed through Baher & Dougas&rsquo;s intolerance of uncertainty scale and the Wechsler Digit span test subscales <span dir="RTL">.</span>Data were analyzed by multivariate analysis of variance (MANOVA) and as well as SPSS version 19. The results showed that there is a significant difference between the two groups in terms of IU (P<0/01) and the difference in patients with OCD is more than normal individuals. Also, there is a significant difference in terms of the short-term memory capacity (P<0/01) and the difference in normal individuals is more than patients with OCD . So it can be concluded that patients with OCD have less ability to tolerate uncertainty than normal people and short-term memory capacity in these patients is lower than normal people. Therefore, intolerance of uncertainty and low working memory capacity are two factors that may affect OCD symptoms and therefore exacerbate and perpetuate the disorder.</p> کلیدواژه‌ها: اختلال وسواس فکری- عملی, عدم تحمل بلاتکلیفی, ظرفیت حافظه کوتاه‌مدت.
