The main aim of this study was to Comparison of Autobiographical Memory Overgenerality between Treated and Untreated Addicted Depressed Boy Adolescents. The numbers of the samples were 76 Kemanshahian adolescents in 3 groups (50 depressed with substance abuse disorder (25 treated and 25 non treated) and 26 normal). The instruments were Autobiographical Memory Test (AMT) of Williams and Broadbent (1986). It was utilized the Mann-Whitney for analyzing the data. The results indicated that: Depressed adolescents with substance abuse disorder (both treated and non treated groups) have high scores in Overgenerality of Autobiographical Memory than normal group. There is no meaningful differences between treated Depressed adolescents with substance abuse disorder and non treated group in Overgenerality of Autobiographical Memory. According to the results of this study, can be said that Depression can be a precursor to Memory Overgenerality among Treated and Untreated Addicted Depressed Boy Adolescents.
