عملکرد نوجوانان مبتلاء به اختلال افسردگی اساسی و اختلال استرس پس از سانحه (PTSD) در حافظه فعال و سرعت پردازش

چکیده
پژوهش حاضر با هدف مقایسه عملکرد شناختی نوجوانان مبتلا به اختلال استرس پس از سانحه و افسردگی اساسی در حافظه کاری و سرعت پردازش اطلاعات انجام گرفت. در یک مطالعه علی- مقایسه ای با استفاده از روش نمونه گیری در دسترس، 15 فرد مبتلا به اختلال استرس پس از سانحه، 15 فرد مبتلا به افسردگی اساسی و 15 فرد سالم که در متغیرهای سن و هوش و شرایط اقتصادی و اجتماعی همگن شده بودند، انتخاب شدند. ابزار پژوهش شامل مصاحبه بالینی ساختار‌یافته برای اختلالات محور I در (SCID-I) DSM_IV، پرسشنامه خود سنجی تأثیر رویداد (IES-R)، سیاهه اضطراب حالت - رگه اسپیلبرگر، آزمون شاخص پردازش اطلاعات، خرده آزمون توالی حروف-اعداد آزمون حافظه وکسلر، خرده آزمون نماد ارقام (رمزگردانی) آزمون هوش وکسلر (سرعت پردازش). داده ها با روش‏ های آماری تحلیل واریانس و آزمون تعقیبی توکی تجزیه و تحلیل شدند. بر اساس یافته های پژوهش، در بخش کلامی حافظه کاری میان گروه های افسرده و PTSD، میان افسرده و بهنجار و میان بهنجار و PTSD تفاوت معناداری وجود دارد. همچنین، از نظر بخش فضایی معکوس حافظه کاری میان دو گروه بهنجار و PTSD تفاوت معناداری وجود دارد. از نظر بخش دیداری حافظه کاری میان دو گروه بهنجار و PTSD و میان دو گروه بهنجار و افسرده تفاوت معناداری وجود دارد. در مورد نتایج آزمون توکی از نظر سرعت پردازش اطلاعات میان گروه­های بهنجار و PTSD و میان گروه­های بهنجار و افسرده تفاوت معناداری وجود دارد. در نتیجه یافته‌های این پژوهش مهر تاییدی بر اختلالات در حافظه کاری و سرعت پردازش اطلاعات نوجوانان مبتلا به افسردگی و اختلال استرس پس از سانحه است.

The present research aims to compare the cognitive performance of the adolescents suffering from MDD and PTSD in the working memory and information processing. the selected sample in this casual-comparative study included 15 MDD patients, 15 youth PTSD subjects and 15 normal subjects who were matched by age, IQ, sex as well as social and economic status variables. The tool package employed in this investigation comprised child depression inventory (CDI), State-Trait Anxiety Inventory, Impact of Event Scale (IES-R), Wechsler’s Memory and Intelligence Test, and The Information Processing Index Test. Findings were analyzed using the ANOVA, MANOVA analysis statistical method.as indicated by our result, in the verbal memory there is a significant difference between groups of depression and PTSD and between depressed and normal subjects. in the reverse spatial working memory there are significant differences between normal and PTSD. in the visual memory and information processing, the significant difference is between normal and both PTSD and depressed.The findings of this study confirm the disorders of working memory and speed of information processing in adolescents with depression and post-traumatic stress disorder.
