تأثیر آموزش حافظه کاری مبتنی بر محرک‌های هیجانی در بازداری رفتاری مبتلایان به اختلال وسواس فکری-عملی

چکیده
وجود مشکلات بازداری رفتاری در بیماران مبتلا به اختلال وسواس فکری-عملی، لزوم توجه بیشتر به روش‌های درمانی جدید را در این اختلال برجسته می‌نماید. لذا پژوهش حاضر باهدف بررسی تأثیر آموزش حافظه کاری مبتنی بر محرک‌های هیجانی در بازداری رفتاری مبتلایان به اختلال وسواس فکری-عملی انجام گرفت. برای این منظور تعداد 20 بیمار مبتلا به وسواس به شیوه نمونه‌گیری در دسترس و با استفاده از ابزارهای مصاحبه بالینی ساختاریافته و پرسشنامه ییل- براون (1989) انتخاب گردیدند. سپس آنها به صورت تصادفی به دو گروه آموزش و کنترل تقسیم شدند. آزمودنی‌های گروه آزمایش طی 20 جلسه تحت آموزش حافظه کاری هیجانی قرار گرفتند. همه آزمودنی­ها قبل و پس از آموزش با استفاده از تکلیف برو/ نرو مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفتند. نتایج آزمون تحلیل کوواریانس چندمتغیری نشان داد که در مرحله پس آزمون، دو گروه از لحاظ خطای حذف و زمان واکنش تکلیف برو نرو تفاوت معناداری با یکدیگر داشته و نمرات گروه آزمایش از گروه کنترل کمتر بود. با توجه به نتایج پژوهش حاضر می‌توان بیان نمود که آموزش حافظه کاری هیجانی می‌تواند یک گزینه مناسب برای بهبود بازداری رفتاری بیماران مبتلابه اختلال وسواس فکری- عملی باشد.

چکیده English

Being behavioral inhibition problems in people with obsessive-compulsive disorder outstands need for more notice to new therapeutic methods. Therefore, The aim of this study was to investigate the effectiveness of emotional working memory training on improvement behavioral inhibition of people with obsessive-compulsive disorder. For this purpose, 20 people with obsessive-compulsive disorder were selected available sampling by using 2 instruments (SCID-I) & (YOCS) .Then they randomly divided into two groups, control and experiment. The experimental group participants were under emotional working memory training during 20 sessions. All participants were assessed during pre-training and post- therapy by go /nogo task. The results of multivariate analysis of covariance showed that there is a significant difference in go /nogo omission error and reaction time between two groups in post-test stage and scores of experimental group were less than the control group.

Regarding to the current study, it can be said that emotional working memory training is an appropriate choice for improvement behavioral inhibition of people with obsessive-compulsive disorder.
