اثرهای تبیین‌گری و دانش قبلی بر بار شناختی و انتقال یادگیری در محیط‌های یادگیری چندرسانه‌ای مبتنی بر رایانه

چکیده

در پژوهش حاضر اثر تکنیک تبیین­گری (خودتبیین­گری، تبیین­های آموزشی و عدم تبیین‌گری) با توجه به میزان دانش قبلی یادگیرندگان (یادگیرندگان با دانش بالا و با دانش پایین) در یک محیط یادگیری چندرسانه­ای مبتنی بر رایانه مطالعه شد. تعداد 120 نفر شرکت­کننده (60 نفر با دانش بالا و 60 نفر با دانش پایین) به طور تصادفی از میان دانش­آموزان مقطع متوسطه مدارس فرزانگان و عادی انتخاب شدند و افراد در هر مدرسه به طور تصادفی به دو گروه آزمایشی منتسب شدند. آموزش در مورد محاسبه­ی مساحت اشکال پیچیده­ی هندسی، به شیوه­ی مثال­های حل‌شده به دانش­آموزان ارائه شد. شاخص­های بار شناختی و عملکرد انتقال در تفسیر اثر این فعالیت روی یادگیرندگان استفاده شده و تحلیل آماری داده­ها از طریق تحلیل واریانس دو راهه انجام گرفت. نتایج نشان داد که اثر سطوح تبیین­گری بر بار شناختی هنگام آموزش به دانش قبلی یادگیرندگان وابسته است. همچنین دانش­آموزان با دانش قبلی پایین از طریق دریافت تبیین­های آموزشی عملکرد بهتری در آزمون انتقال داشتند و بار شناختی کمتری را تجربه کردند؛ در حالی که، دانش­آموزان با دانش قبلی بالا از طریق خودتبیین­گری عملکرد بهتری در آزمون انتقال نزدیک نشان دادند و بار شناختی کمتری را تجربه کردند، اما این فرضیه در آزمون انتقال دور تأئید نشد. در مجموع دانش­آموزانی که تبیین آموزشی دریافت کرده بودند عملکرد بهتری در آزمون­ها داشته و بار شناختی کمتری را تجربه کردند.
