بازیابی خاطرات از حافظه سرگذشتی و ارتباط آن با حل مسئله در افراد افسرده و مضطرب

چکیده
پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی عملکرد حافظه سرگذشتی و ارتباط آن با مسئله گشایی ناکارآمد در افراد افسرده و مضطرب صورت گرفت. بدین منظور45 نفر نمونه( 15 فرد افسرده، 15 فرد مضطرب و15فرد سالم) از بین مراجعه کنندگان به مرکز مشاوره دانشگاه پیام نور انتخاب شدند. جهت گردآوری داده ها ، پس از تکمیل پرسشنامه افسردگی و اضطراب بک، از آزمون حافظه شرح حال (سرگذشتی) وآزمون حل مسئله وسیله-غایت استفاده شد. جهت تحلیل داده­های پژوهش، تحلیل واریانس یک متغیره برای مقایسه بیش­کلی­گرایی ومسئله گشایی در 3 گروه افسرده، مضطرب وسالم وآزمون توکی برای مقایسه دو به دو به کار برده شد. برای محاسبه ضریب­های همبستگی بین­بیش­کلی­گرایی وکارایی مسئله­گشایی، روش همبستگی پیرسون به کار رفت. نتایج پژوهش نشان داد که بیش­کلی­گرایی در حافظه سرگذشتی افراد افسرده بیشتر از افراد مضطرب و سالم است. افراد افسرده در حل مسائل راه­حل­های ناکارآمدی را نسبت به افراد مضطرب و سالم به کار می­گیرند و بین بیش­کلی­گرایی در حافظه سرگذشتی و مسئله­گشایی ناکارآمد در افراد افسرده رابطه معنادار وجود دارد. بنابراین طبق مدل ویلیامز افراد افسرده به دلیل خلق منفی و سوگیری در پردازش اطلاعات نه تنها در بازیابی خاطرات سرگذشتی به طور اختصاصی دچار مشکل می شوند بلکه این مشکل در بازیابی، حل مسائل و مشکلات آنها را نیز تحت تاثیر قرار می دهد و باعث می شود که راه حل های کمتر موثری را تولید کنند.

Retrieval memories of outobiographical memory and its Relationship With Problem- solving in Depressive and Anxious Individuals

چکیده English

The present study attemps to investigate overgeneral autobiographical memory and relationship with problem- solving deficits in depressive and anxious individuals. For this reason, 15 depressive, 15 anxious and 15 normal individuals were chosen from the students of estahban payam noor university, that were the clients of the counceling clinic. In this study, after completing the Beck Anxiety Inventory(BAI) and Beck Depression Inventory(BDI), Autobiographical Memory Test And Means- ends Problem- solving task was used. To compare the overgeneral and problem- solving in 3 group of depressive, anxious and normal individual, data were analyzed with Analysis of Varience(ANOVA) And the Tukeys test was used to compare the pair groups. The results revealed that overgeneral in autobiographical memory depressive individuals is more than anxious and normal ones. Depressive individual are more inefficient problem solving solution to distressed and healthy people.So, according to Williams models depressed people because negative mood and bias in processing information not only in retrieving autobiographical memories are exclusively trouble but this was a problem retrieving, problem solving and also affect their problems and makes solutions less effective to produse.
