انطباق‌سازی نسخه فارسی آزمون نقایص‌ شناختی برای افراد بهنجار : یک مطالعه مقدماتی

چکیده
به دلیل اهمیت گسترده ارزیابی توانایی‌ها و همچنین نقایص‌ شناختی در افراد بهنجار و آسیب‌دیده و استفاده از ابزار و آزمون‌های شناختی به‌عنوان مهم‌ترین بخش در ارزیابی شناختی و عصب‌شناختی در زمینه پژوهشی و درمانی، هدف پژوهش حاضر استانداردسازی ابزار نقایص شناختی در افراد بهنجار بود. روش پژوهش حاضر، از نظر شیوه جمع‌آوری داده‌ها از نوع توصیفی- ابزارسازی است. گروه نمونه مورد مطالعه، 200 نفر از دانشجویان دختر و پسر دانشگاه سنندج بود که به شیوه نمونه‌گیری هدفمند انتخاب شدند. یافته‌های تحلیل عاملی اکتشافی، نشان از وجود پنج عامل موجود در نسخه فارسی آزمون با 29 آیتم بود. تحلیل آیتم‌ها و محاسبه ضرایب همگونی درونی و بازآزمایی ابزار نیز نشان از ویژگی‌های مناسب آیتم‌ها و عامل‌های استخراج شده است. تحلیل عاملی تاییدی نیز مدل پنج عاملی اصلی را تایید کرد؛ بنابراین، می‌توان نتیجه گرفت آزمون نقایص شناختی از روایی و اعتبار مناسبی جهت سنجش نقایص شناختی در جامعه ایرانی برخوردار است؛ بنابراین از این آزمون می‌توان به‌عنوان ابزاری جهت سنجش نقایص شناختی در زمینه‌های پژوهشی و درمانی استفاده نمود.

چکیده English

In regard to collecting data, method of the study was descriptive - instrument making one Item analysis, internal consistency cofferient and test-retest demonstrated that the items and factors were satisfactory. Confirmatory factor analysis, also, confirmed the model with five factors. Therefore CD had a proper validity and reliability to measure Cognitive Disability amony Iranian people. Thus, it can be employed as an instrument in related research and treatment.
