بررسی تاثیر خستگی شناختی بر انعطاف پذیری شناختی با توجه به نقش واسطه ای نیاز به شناخت در دانشجویان دختر

چکیده
تحصیل در دانشگاه همواره همراه با عوامل فشارزای متعددی میباشد، انعطاف‌پذیری شناختی مفهومی است که به‌عنوان یک مهارت مهم برای تسلط افراد در موقعیتهای مختلف و فشارزا به رسمیت شناخته شدهاست، براین اساس پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی اثر خستگیشناختی بر انعطافپذیری شناختی دانشجویان با نقش واسطهای نیاز به شناخت اجرا گردید. جامعه آماری پژوهش حاضر شامل کلیه دانشجویان دختر دانشگاه فرهنگیان اراک مقطع کارشناسی که در سال تحصیلی 95-94 مشغول به تحصیل بودند؛ که از این تعداد، 60 نفر بهعنوان نمونه نهایی انتخاب شدند. برای جمعآوری داده­ها از پرسشنامه نیاز به شناخت NFC)) کاسیوپو و پتی، تکالیف تشخیصی مشابه با تکالیف سدک و کافتا، نرمافزار آزمون ویسکانسین (نسخه ایرانی) شاهقلیان و همکاران استفاده گردید. براساس پرسشنامه نیاز به شناخت، آزمودنی‌ها ابتدا به دو گروه 30 نفره براساس نیاز به شناخت بالا و پائین تقسیم شدند، و سپس هر یک از گروه‌ها بهصورت تصادفی در گروه‌های 15 نفره آزمایش و کنترل جایگزین شدند. آزمایش دارای دو مرحله بود. در مرحله اول آزمودنی­ها با تکالیف شناختی روبه­رو شدند و بهدنبال آن در مرحله دوم به‌منظور مقایسه گروه­ها براساس میزان خستگیشناختی، آزمون انعطاف­پذیری شناختی اجرا شد. داده­های پژوهش با استفاده آزمون تحلیل کوواریانس مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت. نتایج تحقیق نشان داد که خستگیشناختی بر انعطاف­پذیری‌ شناختی اثر منفی و معنی­داری دارد و نقش تعاملی نیاز به شناخت در رابطه با متغیرهای پژوهش تایید شد. یافته­های ­پژوهش حاضر، ضرورت توجه و تأکید بر نقش محوری متغیرهای خستگیشناختی و نیاز به شناخت را در میزان انعطاف­پذیری شناختی افراد مورد بررسی قرار می­دهد.

The present study tried to investigate the effect of cognitive exhaustion on student’s cognitive flexibility with the mediating role of need for cognition among BA student of Farhangian University of arak in academic year 2015/16. In order to collect data, Cacioppo & Petty (1984) need for cognition questionnaire, diagnostic tasks which are similar to diagnostic tasks of Sedek & Kofta (1990), shahgholian, et al Wisconsin Card Sorting Task software (version), were applied. According to need for cognition questionnaire, 60 female students were selected out of a group of 150 and randomly assigned to four groups of 15. The experiment consisted of second phases. In the first phase, the participants were exposed to diagnostic problems and then in the second phase, they took the cognitive flexibility test, in order to drawing a comparison between the groups. The research data were analyzed by one-way ANCOVA. The results showed that cognitive exhaustion has a significant negative effect on cognitive flexibility and the interactive role of need for cognition was confirmed regarding to research variables. The finding of the present study give serious consideration to the central role of cognitive exhaustion and need for cognition in people’s amount of flexibility.
