چکیده
استرس به عنوان بخش جدا نشدنی زندگی انسان امروز به شمار می‌آید؛ از این رو اکثر انسان‌ها تا حدودی روش‌های مقابله نسبتا سازگارانه با آن را آموخته‌اند، این روش‌ها معمولا برای مقابله با استرس‌های زندگی روزمره کفایت می‌کند اما گاهی وقایعی رخ می‌دهد که استرس بسیار زیادی را به افراد وارد می‌کند. این پژوهش با هدف مقایسه ویژگی‌های شخصیتی و حافظه رویدادی در بین افراد دارای رشد پس از ضربه و مبتلایان به اختلال استرس پس از ضربه انجام گرفت. روش انجام این مطالعه از نوع علی-مقایسه‌ای و جامعه آماری آن شامل کلیه افرادی بود که به دنبال تصادف رانندگی در سال 1399، به اورژانس بیمارستان‌های شهر اصفهان مراجعه کرده بودند. برای غربالگری از پرسشنامه‌ی رشد پس از ضربه (PTGI) (1996) و فهرست اختلال پس از ضربه (PCL) (1993) استفاده شد.20 نفر برای PTG و 22 نفر برای گروه PTSD به صورت هدفمند انتخاب شدند. این افراد از نظر تحصیلات و وضعیت تاهل در دو گروه همتا شدند. به منظور جمع‌آوری داده‌ها هر دو گروه به پرسشنامه‌های آزمون حافظه شرح‌حال (AMT) (1986) و فرم کوتاه تست شخصیت پنج عاملی نئو (1992) پاسخ دادند. نتایج حاصل از این پژوهش نشان داد که در بین زیر مقیاس‌های پرسشنامه­ی کوتاه تست شخصیت پنج عاملی نئو، تفاوت زیر مقیاس‌های روان‌رنجورخویی، برون‌گرایی، انعطاف‌پذیری و مسئولیت‌پذیری و همچنین حافظه رویدادی بین دو گروه دارای PTSD و PTG در سطح 05/0 معنادار است. درحالی که تفاوت این دو گروه در زیرمقیاس توافق (دلپذیر بودن)، جنسیت در همین سطح معنادار نبود. با توجه به داده‌های جمع‌آوری شده می‌توان گفت ویژگی‌های شخصیتی و حافظه رویدادی در بین افراد دارای PTG و مبتلایان به PTSD متفاوت است.

چکیده English

Stress is an integral part of human life today, so most people have learned relatively adaptive ways to deal with it, these methods are usually enough to cope with the stresses of everyday life, but sometimes there are events that cause too much stress to cope with. This study aimed to evaluate the comparison of personality characteristics and autobiographical memory among individuals with Post-traumatic Growth and those suffering from post-traumatic stress disorder. Method of this study is causal-comparative. The study population included all of the patients who refer to hospitals of Isfahan after having a vehicle accident. For the screening phase post-traumatic stress disorder inventory (PTGI) and PTSD checklist (PCL) were used. 22 persons for the PTSD group and 20 persons for the PCL group were selected purposively. Both these groups answered the Autobiographical memory test (AMT) and the short form of the Five-factor model. The analysis illustrates there are meaningful differences between these PTSD and PTG groups in neuroticism, extraversion, openness, and conscientiousness subscales in addition to Autobiographical memory, but there were no meaningful differences between these two groups in agreeableness.
