مدل یابی معادلات ساختاری اعتیاد به گوشی‌های هوشمند بر اساس شکل‌گیری اضطراب و افسردگی با میانجیگیری فراشناخت در دانش‌آموزان نوجوان

چکیده
هدف پژوهش حاضر باهدف مدل یابی معادلات ساختاری اعتیاد به گوشی‌های هوشمند بر اساس شکل‌گیری اضطراب و افسردگی با میانجیگیری فراشناخت در دانش‌آموزان نوجوان پسر، انجام شد. پژوهش حاضر ازنظر روش، توصیفی از نوع همبستگی می‌باشد. جامعه آماری این پژوهش، دانش آموزان پسر ناحیه یک آموزش‌وپرورش کرج در سال تحصیلی 1404-1403 بودند که 361 نفر به روش تصادفی انتخاب شدند. برای گردآوری داده‌ها از پرسشنامه فراشناخت ولز و کارترایت هاتون(2004)، پرسشنامه DASS-21 لوی باند(1995) و پرسشنامه (SAS) اون و همکاران(2013) استفاده‌شده است. داده‌ها با روش‌های همبستگی پیرسون و مدل‌سازی معادلات ساختاری تجزیه‌وتحلیل شدند. یافته‌ها نشان داد این مدل در دانش‌آموزان نوجوان پسر دارای برازش مناسبی بود. یافته‌های دیگر نشان داد که اضطراب (β=0.42, p<0.01) ، افسردگی (11/0 = β ، 01/0p< ) و فراشناخت(40/0 = β ، 01/0p< ) اثر مستقیم و مثبت بر میزان اعتیاد به گوشی‌های هوشمند دارند. نتایج پژوهش نشان می‌دهند که مداخلات روان‌شناختی مبتنی بر فراشناخت می‌تواند به‌طور مؤثری در کاهش وابستگی به فناوری‌های نوین نقش ایفا کند.

Structural Equation Modeling of Smartphone Addiction Based on the Formation of Anxiety and Depression with the Mediating Role of Metacognition in Adolescent Male Students

چکیده English

The aim of the present study was to model the structural equations of smartphone addiction based on the formation of anxiety and depression mediated by metacognition in male adolescent students. The present study is a descriptive correlational study in terms of method. The statistical population of this study was male students of Karaj Education District One in the academic year 1403-1404, of which 361 people were randomly selected. The Wells and Cartwright-Haughton (2004) Metacognition Questionnaire, Levy-Band DASS-21 (1995) and Owen et al. (2013) questionnaire were used to collect data. The data were analyzed using Pearson correlation and structural equation modeling methods. The findings showed that this model had a good fit in male adolescent students. Other findings showed that anxiety (β=0.42, p<0.01), depression (β=0.11, p<0.01), and metacognition (β=0.40, p<0.01) have a direct and positive effect on smartphone addiction. The results of the study indicate that psychological interventions based on metacognition can effectively play a role in reducing dependence on new technologies.
